ISSUE revives its series of extremely remote collaborations. Tonight's show features two Buenos Aires natives — although Carmen Baliero's former composition student, Cecelia Lopez, is now based in New York. Together, they fantacize travel.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Captain Hook: pour 1-1/2 oz. Jamaican Rum, 1/2 oz. Smith & Cross or other pot still Rum, 1 oz. lime juice, and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Rinse a mug or glass with Absinthe. Fill 2/3 with crushed ice. Strain in the drink from the shaker. Add a float of Angostura bitters.
