MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: If you go, you'll be drinking at the venue, obvs. Beforehand, have some stick-to-your-ribs Colombian at Columbia in Park Slope. At home, have a Barracuda: pour 1 oz. each of Rum and Manzanilla Sherry, and 3/4 oz. each of lime juice and Simple Syrup, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain either into a chilled Martini glass or coupe (my preference) or into a tall glass over crushed ice. Either way, garnish with a lime wedge and a cocktail cherry.
