Brooklyn's favorite chamber orchestra comes up with an extremely pleasant program: Jessie Montgomery and Anna Clyne, who are as fresh as contemporary classical gets; some pop songs from Knights violinist (who's also a singer-songwriter) Christina Courtin; and what might just be the most pleasant piece of music there is, Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Splurge on some concedely expensive but unquestionably delicious Alsacian in the Lounge or Patio of Gabriel Kreuther (the Lounge/Patio à la carte menu is frankly more enticing than the prix fixe dinner menu that's mandatory in the dining room).
