Monday reprises the showcase for the Rensselaer mighty Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center's High-Resolution Modular Loudpeaker Array for Wave Field Synthesis, a rather remarkable technical achievement that is still, in the end, a bank of speakers — albeit playing excellent music. The rest of the week returns to live performance (remember that?) by the likes of the JACK Quartet and the Wet Ink Ensemble, playing a constellation of excellent contemporary composers.
