MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Here's a cocktail developed by a master bartender who also makes puppets, Don Lee. The Sawyer: pour 2 oz. Gin and 1/2 oz. each of lime juice and Simple Syrup, with 14 dashes of Angostura bitters and 7 dashes each of Peychaud's and orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
