MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, it's hard to avoid Spanish Diner. At home, have a Captain's Blood: pour 2 oz. Jamaican Rum, 1 oz. lime juice, and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lime slice.
