Gin, and 1/2 oz. each of Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy, lemon juice, and Grenadine, with 1 egg white, into a cocktail shaker WITHOUT ICE. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
