Soprano Charlotte Mundy, one of the most valuable players on the NYC Contemporary Classical scene, gives a solo recital (with electronics).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, very nice Shanghainese at Little Alley. Streaming at home, have a Toronto: pour 2 oz. Rye and 1/4 oz. each Fernet Branca and Simple Syrup, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe (or into a tumbler over ice). Express an orange twist into the drink and use the twist as garnish.
