In a show named for one of the greatest songs in the English language, Rhiannon Giddens — opera trained, expert in various vernacular genres (particularly Southern Black string-band music: some of the most delightful stuff you’ll ever hear) — furthers the admirable, indeed necessary, project of dismantling genre boundaries. But that extreme ticket price makes you wonder if this is exactly the way to do it.
