Mexico City keyboardist/electronics player/composer Ana López-Reyes, in her guise as Nnux, performs, along with the formidable Rhythm Method string quartet, a brand new long-form piece exploring the relationship between the dead and the living in Mexican culture (this may be less superficially charming than Coco, but you can bet it will cut deeper).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, outstanding Palestinian at AlBadawi. Streaming at home, have a Cantiarito: rim a Collins glass with salt. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in 1-1/2 oz. Tequila and 1/2 oz. each of lime juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a wedge of one of the fruits.
