Narrator/costume designer Isaac Mizrahi (I’m still mourning his cousln Syl myself) gets top billing, but to me the star of thhis delightful staging of Prokofiev’s fairytale guide to the orchestra (is there a wormier earworm than Peter’s theme?) is choregrapher John Heginbotham.
