Streaming at home, have that greatest of South American cocktails, the San Martin: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Gin and sweet Vermouth and 1 teaspoon of yellow Chartreuse into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Express a lemon peel into the drink and then use it as a garnish.
