MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, Chinatown Cantonese like you’ve always loved it at Uncle Lou. Streaming at home, have a tarted-up Whiskey Daisy: pour 1 oz. each of Bourbon and Rye, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, and 1/2 oz. each of Simple Syrup and Orgeat into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
