Putting the Trans in transdisciplinary, this transplanted Indonesian explores colonialism and its cultural and ecological consequences. Looks spectacular. There’s an also spectacular-looking installation associated with it that’s available for experiencing between 12 and 3 PM.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, it seems overly obvious to send you to conscious Cantonese throwback (in the best way possible) Uncle Lou. But when have I ever let that stop me? Streaming at home, have a Bijen Sour: pour 2 oz. Genever and 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Honey Syrup (1/2 oz. honey dissolved in 1/4 oz. hot water) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
