The avant-marching band Asphalt Orchestra and contemporary steel pan ensemble Pan in Motion play Leila Adu-Gilmore (that’s what Leila Adu calls herself when she writes classical), Tomeka Reid, Jeffrey Brooks, and Pan in Motion honcho Kendall K. Williams. This is almost worth getting out of bed for!
