Pam Tanowitz — a choreographer who’s on a roll if anyone is — enlists David Lang to write a score for an interpretation of The Song of Songs, a book so blatantly erotic you can only be grateful it somehow made it into the Bible. Almost worth the schlep.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Once you’ve schlepped as far as Red Hook (the Upstate one: even more of schlep than the one in Brooklyn), you might as well keep schlepping to Pine Plains for Old American (lot of that going around these days) at Stissing House — from one of the chefs behind King!
