Ned Rothenberg, a unique, serene stylist on reeds, teams up with Jerome Harris on acoustic guitar and Samir Chattegee on tablas for what should be a transfixing evening.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, the Midwestern food at Patti Ann’s is tasty enough. Too bad it’s so rich, and the portions are so big, that you can’t actually eat (or at least come near finishing) it. Streaming at home, have a Nimbu Pani Mint Julep: make a syrup from 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 teaspoon Indian black rock salt (you’ve been wondering what to do with that), and 1/2 bunch of mints (discard the mints after boiling). Pour 1-1/2 oz. lime juice and the chilled syrup into a Julep cup. Muddle some mint in it. Fill cup halfway with crushed ice. Pour in 2 oz. Bourbon. Top with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig.
