Multimedia artist Melody Loveless does vocal sampling accompanied by a live-coding synthesizer.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Lots to eat and drink on Governors Island. It’s worth noting that douchey Riviera Maya transplant Gitano Island has opened for the season. I tend to prefer Island Oyster myself. But, if you can do without the cocktails (I can’t myself), don’t forget that The Real Mother Shuckers have set up shop on the Island, too.
