MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, uninteresting but not unsound neighborhood Italian at Bar Toto. Streaming at home, have a Walk in the Park: pour 1 oz. each of amber Rum, Vermouth Blanc, and Limoncello into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a (big) lemon peel.
