MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, I’m not gonna even tell you what El Mil Sabores puts on their Torta Loca sandwich. You have to see it for yourself. Streaming at home, have a Baroque: pour 1-1/2 oz. Jamaican Rum, 3/4 oz. each of Gin and lime juice, 1/4 tsp. Simple Syrup, and 1/8 tsp. Maraschino liqueur into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
