Trumpet player Chris Williams is everywhere nowadays, sometimes just playing gorgeous trumpet but more often pushing forward musical boundaries and throwing electronics into the mix (tonight will be one of his all-electronics sets). Alaara is a trio comprising space guitarist Grey Mcmurray, post-Soviet pianist Sonya Belaya, and drummer/composer Nicole Patrick. This is slow quiet music to space you out. Come to this show and your mind will be blown.
