The Harlem Chamber Players pay anniversary tribute to their old home base in rather more cavernous quarters. They’ll be playing Jessie Montgomery’s Greatest Hit and pieces by Carlos Simon and Trevor Weston: excellent stuff all. About Rhiannon Giddens as a composer I’m waiting to be convinced (loved the Chocolate Drops, though!).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: It’s hard to look at its menu without yawning, but Marlow Bistro is fine.
