Olivier Tarpaga, originally from Burkina Faso, is a big deal: Afro-Trad and -Pop musician, onetime dancer, major choreographer. This dance piece, set on Tarpaga’s own music, addresses the impact on individuals of current bad happenings in Burkina Faso: insurgency, religious terrorism — the whole Sahel mess.
