The name of this series is perhaps inapt, as I always read it as meaning that jazz is being eaten by Hudson rather than that it’s being played in the Hudson Eats food court. Whatever, drummer Jonathan Blake is leading a nice little trio there this week, with Morgan Guerin on saxophone and Dezron Douglas on bass.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: I guess the point is you’re supposed to munch out and drink during the show with stuff from the (mediocre) Hudson Eats food court.
