LUNGS is a big festival taking place all over Loisaida (and encompassing this week’s InGardens, which gets its own Listing). But for List purposes, we focus on the goings on at The Plaza: Portuguese and Mandarin pop (can’t wait to hear the Mandarin stuff!), Elliot Sharp with Tracie Morris, and the experimental stylings of Samara Lubelski.
