Kevin Siegfried likes to write contemporary arrangements of austere Shaker music, and the cantata Angel of Lightis his big piece along those lines. There’ll also be some contemporary arrangements of Hildegard, all undergirded by the Bergamot Quartet and electronics by Raquel Acevedo Klein, with accompanying visuals.
