Former Saint Thomas Chorister Trevor Weston is usually an extremely vivacious composer. So it will be interesting to hear what he does with the weighty theme of the Episcopal Church’s historic entanglement with slavery. You also get to hear, among other things, Barber’s supernal Knoxville: Summer of 1915(soprano Aundi Marie Moore guesting) and classic Adagio for Strings (the Orchestra of St. Luke’s accompanying throughout).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, King goes uptown and becomes somewhat less interesting at Jupiter. Streaming at home, have an Episcopal Cocktail: pour 1-1/2 oz. green Chartreuse and 3/4 oz. yellow Chartreuse into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice.
