MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, one of the most pleasurable places in New York, the Hungarian Pastry Shop. You WILL leave smiling. Streaming at home, have a Lion’s Tail: pour 2 oz. Bourbon, 3/4 oz. Allspice Dram, 1/2 oz. lime juice, and 1 tbs. rich (2:1 sugar:water) Simple Syrup, with 1 dash Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shaker. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
