Who better to host an evening of Asian-American music-making than the highly personable cellist Andrew Yee? And who better to guest than the lyrical violinist Anne Akiko Meyers, the emerging percussionist Ji Su Jung, and the suave pianist David Fung?

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, is there a more delightful NYC spot than the vaguely Italian(ish) King? Streaming at home, have a Peking: pour 1-1/2 oz. of white Rum, 1/2 oz. of lemon juice, and 1/4 oz. each of Grenadine and Absinthe, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
