Phill Niblock’s compositions are too complex to be called drone. They go on inexorably — but if you listen, there’s a lot going on at once. This piece is performed by the stunning vocalist Charmaine Lee with presumened dedicatee Dafne Vincente-Sandoval, who always astonishes on bassoon.
