Pianist-composer Vijay Iyer has one of the more interesting minds in current music. If it isn’t enough that the rhythm section of his trio comprises Harish Raghavan and Tyshawn Sorey, on Friday and Saturday Graham Haynes is sitting in on trumpet and flugelhorn.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, drink the ($21) minimum at Dizzy’s Club, and then stroll over to Guantanamera for festive Cuban. Streaming at home, have a Gin & Tonic: pour 2 oz. Gin into Highball glass over ice. Top with tonic water. Stir (gently). Garnish with a lime wedge.
