I kind of dislike half the four bands on this bill. But the other two!: the engrossing electronic noise of Exploding Skull and, especially, what is probably my favorite of avant-shredder Wendy Eisenberg’s current projects, Opinion Train, which takes improvisation and makes it sound kind of whacky.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: The food at the venue, Mama Tried, is totally edible. The drinks are fine (they make their own vermouth!).
