There’s Listable stuff in this massive free music festival if you look. I’ll throw out — and this is only inter alios, there are more — Glasser’s Electro-Dream Pop on the Columbia Waterfront at 8:00 PM, organist Paul Fey playing the historic (if in need of refurbishing) organ at Old Saint Pat’s in Nolita at 7:00 PM, Amir Ziv’s electronics also on the Columbia Waterfront at 6:45 PM, The Thereminoes (playing theremins!) in Gramercy at 6:00 PM, and the WTF sounds of NYOBS in the East Village, also at 6:00 PM.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Earlier on the Columbia Waterfront, travel back in time (with stunningly good Sicilian food) at Ferdinando’s Foccaciara. Later on the Columbia Waterfront, fun Neo-Red Sauce at Cafe Spaghetti. In Nolita, inventive Italianish food at Raf’s. In Gramercy, some of the best Georgian in a City now filled with it at Chito Gvrito. In the East Village, outstanding Puerto Rican at Casa Adela (cash-only warning).
