MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, ramen at Naruto (and try not to think about Yoon-Ji Lee’s piece about Comfort Women). At home, have an Sour Seoul: pour 2 oz. Soju and 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
