Attorneys General are three veteran Downtown/Brooklyn Experimental Guitarists fucking around with live mixing. Toto Alvarez is a rad Chilean guitarist who’s been playing around the City lately, and if he hasn’t made quite the impression that this List’s new Guitar Hero Nina Garcia did when she played around the City a couple of months ago, well, that’s a pretty high bar: Alvarez is still great.
