Drummer Jeremy Dutton has shown himself to be a fine, low-key but focused composer. His band tonight may not be quite as starry as the one that plays on his album, but the material (and fuck it, the playing: these guys are fine) will shine.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: José Andés cocktails and bar snacks at the sky-high Nubeluz. Streaming at home, have a Brave: pour 1 oz. each of Mezcal and blanco Tequila (or Sotol if you’re feeling particularly brave), 1/2 oz. Averna amaro, and 1/4 oz. Royal Combier or Grand Marnier into a wine glass. Swirl to combine. Give it three mists of Angostura bitters if you have an atomizer or just put in 1 dash if, like me, you don’t. Flame in an orange peel.
