Phoenix’s Los Èsplifs complete their Brooklyn/Queens tour. Most American Psych-Cumbia or Chicha bands are pretty lame. But Los Èsplifs really make it. Are they like if Question Mark and The Mysterians played Cumbia? Actually, sort of, sometimes — if the Mysterians could actually play. Art collective Barrio Collective will put together an opener.
