MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, eclectic New American at As You Are. Streaming at home, have a Biloxi Deluxe No. 2: rinse a wine glass with Absinthe. Pour in 1-3/4 oz. Cognac and 1/2 oz. each of Swedish Punsch and water, with 2 dashes of orange bitters. Express an orange peel into the drink and discard the peel.
