This List recently described Carlos Simon’s work as spine-tingling — and we’re sticking to it. Speaking of spine-tingling, Simon will be joined by mezzo J’Nai Bridges and the astonishing cellist Seth Parker-Woods.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, Basque at Haizea. Streaming at home, have a Caravan: pour 3/4 oz. Syrah, and 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier, and 2 oz. Coca-Cola (Mexican by preference) into a Collins glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with some cocktail cherries.
