MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, Pueblan at Tulcingo del Valle. Streaming at home, have a Tokyo Love Song: pour 2 oz. Japanese Whiskey and 3/4 oz. each Sake and Curaçao, with 2 dashes orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a Blood orange half-wheel (oh, any kind of orange will do) and some thyme or rosemary.
