This eco-dystopian exploration of a future New York City is so techno-immersive that it’s offered in person and remotely.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, wouldn’t you know it, you’re right around the corner from the wonderful Peruvian Pollo d’Oro, where the Pisco flows like water. Streaming at home, have a Black River: pour 3/4 oz. each of white Overproof Rum, blended Rum, and Montenegro amaro into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
