I know absolutely nothing about Vancouver pianist Lesa K — but her rhythm section of Luke Stewart and Tcheser Holmes is NYC state of the art. The Forest is a percussion quintet whose members include Michael Wimberly and Lesley Mok — and which will be joined for this performance by Spokane/Hindustani vocalist Chad Hamill.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Soup will be served. If you want a nightcap after the show, Any Thing will be waiting with its warm welcome and frankly not very good cocktails.
