Ingrid Laubrock, a saxophonist who tempers rigor with a kind of humor, leads a bunch of next-gen jazzers on a vocal/instrumental investigation of Adam’s first wife.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, José Andrés goes Middle Eastern at Zaytinya. Streaming at home, have a 19th Century: pour 1-1/2 oz. Bourbon and 1/2 oz. each of white Crème de Cacao, Lillet Rouge, and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
