A performance of the guitar Post-Minimalist Scott Johnson’s last piece, by the the terrific singer Daisy Press and the terrific Terra String Quartet. There’ll also be some video footage of the lamented Johnson himself — including him playing a portion of his Greated Hit, John Somebody.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, superb Palestinian at AlBadawi. Streaming at home, have a Magic Hour (from our own Clover Club): pour 1-1/2 oz. Lillet Rosé, 1/2 oz. grapefruit, 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup, and 1 tsp. yellow Chartreuse into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
