The crack Choral Composer/Conductor Collective presents a concert of pieces by List faves Reena Esmail, Trevor Weston, and Eve Beglarian, and people this List doesn’t think it’s ever heard of.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person Thursday in Chelsea, Spanish at Salinas. Saturday in the West Village, Japanese cocktails and snacks at Katana Kitten. Streaming at home Friday night, have a French Pearl: put 6 mint sprigs in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, and muddle with 3/4 oz. each of lime juice and Simple Syrup. Pour 2 oz. Gin and 1/4 oz. Absinthe. Add ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
