Multimedia composer Natacha Diels stands out in many ways, but one is that she’s funny. This piece, for her multimedia self and the nonpareil JACK Quartet, is meant to mimic the form of an anthology TV show like The Twilight Zone, treating the subjects of simplicity and beauty. From almost anyone else, you’d be afraid it would be simpy.
