MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: In person, fish at Lure Fishbar. Streaming at home, have a Fitty-Fitty: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Gin and dry Vermouth, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into a cocktail shaker over ice. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
