Composer-also-pianist Gordon Beeferman lives in that world where there’s no difference between jazz and classical. (Soon that’ll be the whole world — but we’re not there yet.) This is a program of recent solo, ensemble, and vocal pieces.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Excellent cocktails, better food than you’d think, at Grand Army Bar. Streaming at home, have a Martini: pour 2 oz. Gin and 1 oz. dry Vermouth into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist. (There are other ways you can make this — but they’re wrong.)
