Kelly Moran does what the British mistakenly call Neo-Classical: rather pleasant unchallenging Neo-Minimalist (in her case, often on a prepared piano) with strong overtones of Electronica. So why is hers so good and theirs so lame (and let’s not even begin to talk about the Italian)? Score one for our team! Peretsky’s is better, too: there may be something going on here. (Icelanders do this well, too.)
