A psychologically realistic story told in a straightforward linear narritive in a naturalistic setting: just the kind of theater I, personally, have no time for. But there's an appeal to this story of life among the 1940s Red Hook working class being presented on a barge off Red Hook. At least so you must gather from the fact that this production sells out pretty much immediately every time it's offered.
